A Personal Trainer helps clients achieve physical fitness goals by creating personalized, safe, and effective exercise programs. Depending on the unique needs of the client, these programs may include strength and balance training, functional training to improve everyday motions, exercise programs to alleviate or prevent symptoms of chronic physical health issues, and exercise programs to help with overall weight management.



Health Coaching
A Health Coach supports clients in achieving their health goals through lifestyle and behavior modifications. Whether your goal is to function better, lose weight, increase energy, or improve nutrition, a health coach takes the time to listen to your concerns, help you identify and overcome your struggles, and develop accountable action plans specifically designed for what works for YOUR body and life.

About Nicole - Your Trainer & Coach
Growing up, I loved playing sports and being outside under the warm Florida sun. Throughout high school, I enjoyed participating in volleyball, soccer, softball, basketball and any other physical activities I could get involved in. Fast forward to college, and, I found myself being recruited to play volleyball and ultimately graduated with a degree in physical education. Then things got BUSY. REALLY BUSY. I got married, bought a house, raised two wonderful kids, worked as a personal trainer, did busy people stuff, and then did more busy people stuff!

What you might not have imagined is that even with an active lifestyle growing up, when other aspects of life began to take over, I struggled with making my own health a priority.. more times than I like to admit! As I watched others around me, I was intrigued by how some didn’t seem to share the same struggles with making exercise a priority. They had developed and prioritized good habits to sustain long-term change, and I worked hard to make this the key to success for me as well. Having personally been through these struggles has created compassion and desire in me to help others who want to be healthier but oftentimes don’t make themselves a priority.

With a lot of love, faith, accountability, and a little strategy we can change our habits and ultimately get what we want! (to feel better about ourselves, be healthier, and look better!) One of my favorite sayings is "It doesn't have to be that way!" Together we can get you on track to Reshape and Design the New You!!
